September 24, 2008 Mirror Mirror, curated by Mary Anna Pomonis and Eve Wood, is the first exhibition at Circus Project Space. “Mirror/Mirror” a group show of contemporary art curated by Mary Anna Pomonis and Eve Wood. These artists see the exploration of the self as a format for exposing culture and all its affectations with experimental results that both engage and inform contemporary culture in its banality and self-indulgence. Artists include: Jane Cantillon, Waylon Dobson, Oliver Held, Seth Kaufman, Rachel Mason, Reed McMillen, Sabina Ott, Mary Anna Pomonis, Allison Stewart, Elizabeth Wild, Eve Wood and Julie Zemel. September 5th thru October 11th. Opening reception: Friday, Sept. 5th, 7-9PM Circus Project Space is located directly behind Circus Gallery.
